A study of LIGHT thanks to momma bear
A study in LIGHT. Bright light and shadow, still and moving water reflections on foliage, daytime and infrared, all in one video, courtesy of momma bear. This is an American Black bear and her cub visiting a spring-fed pond in Idaho. As the sow moves about while in the water, the suns light shines on her black coat as half of her body is in shadow. Also, the foliage surrounding the pond reflect the light in a magical sort of way. Later, the bear exits the pond and goes to the camera and blocks the light long enough for it to go into infrared mode, so when the bear moves away, the pond scene looks as though it were night, even though the time of day is 4:30 pm.
