Divers swim among peaceful school of fish in southern India
Pondycherry is a small union territory that is near to the Tamilnadu state. The Union Territory is situated in the shore line of Bay of Bengal. One such act was the artificial reef. An old car and many concrete room like structure s were dropped on ocean bed it acted as a home for many underwater species. Slowing the fishing population started to increase.
