Groups of citizens block the passage of vehicles with flags, tires and branches in different cities such as Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, two of the cities of the country's axis in rejection of the results of the past elections and for a change in the Parliament's regulations that consider in favor of the winning party.
Some roads in the city of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz were blocked by groups of citizens who used bricks, tree branches, garbage bags, stones and tires to prevent the passage of vehicles.

In Cochabamba, several parts of the city have been blocked since last Wednesday. On the night of Friday, October 30, a group of people came to the doors of the Tactical Unit of Police Operations, UTOP, to demand that they riot against what they called "electoral fraud" in the last elections, in addition to protesting because the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, APL, annulled 2/3 of the vote in at least 21 articles of the Senate and Deputy Chambers.
