A young Tibetan man Ding Zhen has accepted a job offer from a Chinese state-owned company in western China after going viral online.

Zhen gained popularity online after a video of him caring for a white horse went viral. Chinese netizens couldn't get enough of his charming personality.

Zhen, who has racked up 1.25 million of followers on social media, accepted a job offer from a travel company. The offer package includes a monthly salary of 3,500 yuan ($531) and other benefits.

A company spokesperson said: "The boy’s main job is to help the travel industry of Litang and Ganzi in Tibet."

Gao Xiaoping, a member of staff at the company, said: "Our company is also permitted to delegate his copyright and portrait rights. Other companies must first go through our checks so we could see which ones are deceiving him and which ones are real. We’re to protect his rights, but we do not participate in any share. He also could take back all gift he receives from live broadcasting."

The video was filmed on November 14 and provided by local media.
