A fire station in Nottinghamshire in the UK was transformed into a drive-thru Santa's grotto on Saturday (December 19) to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity.

Hundreds tried to get tickets for the sold-out event at the Stapleford fire station which had limited numbers due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Organisers claimed the event was the first-ever drive-thru grotto at a fire station.

Laura Harden explained that the charity has made less than 50% of what they need this year due to the pandemic.

The charity helps serving and retired firefighters and their families.
