Buffalo Pulls Cart Home As Farmer Sleeps
This is the amazing moment a buffalo pulled a carriage home while a tired farmer slept.
Marvin Sison Esmino was riding pillion on a motorcycle when they saw the unusual scene in Isabela province, the Philippines on November 20.
In the video, the large-hoofed mammal farm animal the cart while its owner rested behind the wooden cart.
Marvin said: "The farmer looked so tired and sleepy. He was lucky that his pet knew the way home."
Rural farmers in the Philippines still rely heavily upon the Water Buffalo, also known as Carabao, to help them farm their crops.
The Carabao work with the farmers, often instead of modern machinery, which can struggle to get through the wet paddy fields.
