Chinese driver fined after reversing on highway to pick up pig that dropped off truck
A driver was fined after he reversed his truck to pick up a pig on a highway in eastern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province on January 26, shows a pig falling from a transport truck and landing on the emergency lane of a highway.
A man then was seen trying to control the pig while another truck reversed to approach the man and the pig.
The truck driver and the man attempted to lift the pig up and put it onto the trunk of the truck.
Police then arrived on-site and stopped them. They contacted the truck driver who was transporting the pig and gave the pig back to him.
Police fined the driver of the second truck and deducted points from his licence as he reversed his vehicle on the highway.
