Vehicles involved in serious traffic accidents are kept in the courtyard of the Head Department of Internal Affairs of the Central Administrative District of Moscow located on Middle Kalitnikovskaya Street. On 1 April 2021 at 11:40 am black Volkswagen (left) was squashed by the blue Audi at the entrance to tunnel outside Lotte Hotel on Novinsky Boulevard. Russian YouTube blogger and prankster Edward Bill, 25, was at the wheel of the Audi that is known to have been caught speeding 400 times before, when he rammed the Volkswagen with woman driver Maria Artemova in it. Mrs Artemova, the State Duma consultant, suffered from multiple injuries as she was squeezed inside the Volkswagen, completely flattened by the blow, and has been in intensive care unit in a coma since the crash. Five vehicles in total were involved in the massive accident on the Garden Ring, caused by Edward Beale on 1 April. The blogger is under house arrest after a hearing at Tverskoy Court of Moscow on 3 April.
