Hajj Abdul-Jawad Abdel-Ghafour preserves the authentic Palestinian heritage, through the acquisition of many heritage pieces such as the mill, sickle, jars and others.
Some of the heritage items that Abdul-Jawad keeps goes back more than 200 years, as Haji Abdul-Jawad inherited them from the eightieth century from his father and grandfather. He arrived in the village of Al-garara in Khan Yunis in 1963, and began working there on his land, which he still maintains to this day.
Al-Hajj Abdel-Gawad talks to his sons and grandchildren not to sell any of the artifacts that are considered ancient heritage that should be preserved.
