Foreign troops have left Afghanistan. The Taliban group roamed the city in their military vehicles, celebrating their victory. The people seen in the city were originally looking for work, and some of them were standing on the side of the road filming them. These vehicles were previously in the possession of government forces and the flags seen in this video are the flags of the Taliban. Some people seem to be happy with the victory of the Taliban.
