Smoke was seen rising over Dresden, Germany, after an explosion occurred at a filling plant for liquified gas on October 21.

The filmer told Newsflare: "When my wife and I were going to have breakfast, we saw this huge cloud of smoke over the city of Dresden."

The local fire brigade has asked residents to close their doors and windows and to turn off their air conditioning.
