Hilarious video shows cat ‘helping owner with diet’ by CLAWING at pizza slice when she tries to eat it
Hilarious video shows cat ‘helping owner with diet’ by CLAWING at pizza slice when she tries to eat it.
A cat owner has shared a hilarious video of her health-conscious moggy clawing at a piece of pizza in her hands when she tries to eat it – claiming the pet is helping her with her diet.
Karen Anderson, 39, from Cleveland, North Yorkshire, was enjoying a tasty slice of Domino’s pizza while her three-year-old cat, Chase, watched on.
In the TikTok clip, the feline is perched on the arm of a sofa and staring daggers at Karen.
As she lifts a slice of the cheesy snack to her mouth, Chase suddenly lunges forward.
The cat, clearly not wanting his owner to eat the dish, claws at the fat-filled food.
Guessing the thought that was running through Chase’s mind at the time, a voiceover says: “Hey what you doing, you’re on a diet? Don’t do it – fat b***h.”
Karen, who works as a vet nurse, thinks the pet was trying to help her out with her diet.
“He always likes to check out what I’m eating, and obviously my Domino’s pizza was tempting him more than usual,” she told Jam Press.
“I picked up the camera thinking he would just keep trying to be sneaky and grab a piece – and then wallop!
“It was like he was saying ‘don’t eat that mother’.
“He makes me laugh a lot – but this definitely made me jump.
“He’s a good boy though. He never gets his claws out so I wasn’t scared – just shocked and the laughing.”
