The first academy in the Gaza Strip to offer culinary arts to young people and girls.
The first academy to offer culinary art was launched in Gaza, licensed by the Ministry of Labor, and recognized by some countries like France, Algeria, and other countries. This academy teaches youth the oriental and western cuisines, with a concentration on traditional Palestinian delicacies including (Maftool, Musakhan, and Sammaqiya) and introduces the cooking implements used in restaurants and homes. Due to the difficulty to obtain a job, a lot of people with various specializations outside cooking attend the classes in the hope to start their projects in their homes to be their source of income.
