limitation of access to pathway house

I have bean made aware of that on thursday 20 january 2022 my colleague linda Stewart jones was contacted by Norfolk constabulary in regards to a formal allegation of harassment you reported against you.
during this telephone conversation. Lindia was advised not to have any further contact with yourself whilst this matter is investigated. Therefore, this matter has been referred to me to assess how you can be supported at this time without restricting the level of support Linda can provide to her clients in the Heath and wellbeing centre

As you are aware the purfleet trust offers the Heath and wellbeing centre to our clients as a safe place whilst they are receiving support from our team.

during the week commencing monday 17th of jan 2022 we were approached by multiple clients and concerned staff who expressed that they were feeling alamed and anxious by the recirding equipment you wear on your person whilst attending the centre. Everybody has a right to privacy and Clients/staff/volunteers being unable to confirm the activation status of the devices you wear in the centre we cannot ensure that the confidentiality of our clients is being preaerved.

following this review I have made the decision to limit your access to the heath and wellbeing centre with immediate effect therefore, from today if you wish to discuss any housing-related support needs you will need to make an appointment with support worker Peter Johnson on 07534815865

This decision follows careful consideration but i feel that it is in everybodys best interest that these arrangments are made to safeguard those that access our premises.

this decision will be reviewed and if there are any changes to the conditions of your restriction, I will contact you via letter.
