Chinese man creates Beijing Winter Olympics mascots out of sand
A man created sculptures of the Beijing Winter Olympics mascots out of sand in eastern China.
Impressive video filmed in the city of Tai'an in Shandong Province on February 9 shows a 32-year-old man named Zhao using colourful sand to create the Winter Olympics mascot Bing Dwen Dwen, the Winter Paralympics mascot Shuey Rhon Rhon, "Beijing 2022" and "Come on China" in Chinese characters inside a sand bottle.
Zhao said sand painting is his hobby and practiced it for around four years. It took him two days to complete the product.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
