A kind motorcycle rider rescued a kitten drowning in a sewer.
Tarathep Phrombhut heard the kitten's cry as he walked passed a manhole in Bangkok, Thailand on March 4.
Tarathep and his friends helped each other lift up the cover over the drainage pipe before he climbed in and pulled the stray kitten up to safety.
He said: 'Luckily I was walking through that route. If it wasn't for me, I wonder if anybody would have discovered it.'
The kitten was given to a nearby street food seller who fed it milk and will take care of it.
