A brave passer-by climbed into the sewer to save a stranded kitten.
Locals discovered the feline trapped under the manhole when they heard it crying in Pathum Thani, Thailand, on June 25.
Footage shows the men using lumber as a wedge to lift the concrete cover up before one of them descended into the narrow pit and carried the animal to safety.
He later emerged from the 5t-deep hole covered in black smelly sludge while the feline was given to a woman who adopted it and named it Nam Chok.
