How unfortunate that this moped user had 2 officers behind him when he skipped a red light. Perhaps they had been following him for some time expecting him to do something wrong. Was he acting suspicious in the middle of the night? Who knows. But as the dashcam car drives around the corner, we see the rider pulled over on the side of the road.
