Massive landslide crashes into river in China’s Shangri-La area
There has been a massive landslide near a bridge in China’s Shangri-La area. No injuries or casualties have been reported.
The video captured on Friday near the Secongqiao Bridge in the Dongwang Township of Shangri-La shows a layer of rocks and mud dramatically sliding into a river.
The rubble eventually blocked the bridge and traffic had to be suspended. On Monday, the local authorities were still working on the repairs.
The video was filmed on April 15 and provided by local media with permission.
