This video, posted by Ukraine’s Armed Forces on Telegram on Friday (29July2022) shows Ukrainian anti-aircraft troops shooting down a Russian Orlan-10 drone with a “well aimed shot” with an American Stinger missile in an area not far from the front near the city of Izyum. The troops were from the Kholodny Yar 93rd brigade. As their missile strikes the drone you can hear voices shouting "Yes! Yes!" A statement reads: “Fighters of the anti-aircraft artillery division destroyed an enemy UAV from a distance of 3 kilometers." Izyum, a city in the East of Ukraine, is at the heart of the front that has developed as Russian troops aim to push West from Russia itself and separatist republics formed after a previous 2014 invasion. It has served as a command post and has been in Russian control since the early stages of the war.
