A Beatles fan somersaults on famous zebra crossing on anniversary iconic Abbey Road album cover was created
Beatles fans posed for photos on the zebra crossing used to shoot the iconic Abbey Road album cover (August 8th) 53 years ago to the day.
The album image was taken on the morning of August 8th 1969 by photographer Iain Macmillan who stood on a ladder in the middle of the road shooting just six frames.
A student group walked across together following on from a somersaulter, one of many groups and individuals to visit the spot during the day.
