This video was recorded Bogotá Colombia town of Kennedy district in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods of Bogota.

The author said: "There are many fights like that. This time it was because the Bogotá mayor's office is going to issue a decree prohibiting the circulation of pedicab drivers (they are tricycles armed with stolen motorcycle parts) they do not have compulsory insurance in case of an accident. It should be clarified that 90% of those who handle it are of Venezuelan nationality or people under some hallucinogenic substance.

8 months ago my mother took one of these tricycles the man was going so fast that he took a hole the tricycle jumped so much with mom that he had a fractured head
The only thing the gentleman did was take her down and carry on as if nothing had happened to her. My mother had to take her urgently and they had to take 8 stitches."
