Artist displays satirical painting of Liz Truss before she arrives to give first speech as Prime Minister
Kaya Mar a political artist well-known for his satirical paintings, displayed his latest creation in Whitehall today (September 6) as Liz Truss arrived back in London after meeting the Queen at Balmoral, and delivered her first speech as Prime Minister outside Number 10.
The painting shows Truss stepping out of a box marked 'Poundland' with a faint image of Boris Johnson's face around her bottom - and what appears to be a skirt made out if his hair as she approaches the door of Number 10.
