Frieze Sculpture 2022 in The Regent's Park, London. Sculpture by the artist Péju Alatise, Sim and the Yellow Glass Birds, 2022 (kó Art Space, Lagos, Nigeria). The free public art exhibition.
The sculpture shows Sim is a nine-year old girl who lives in two worlds. In one world she is a domestic servant in Lagos. In the other world, Sim lives in dreamland with talking birds and butterflies where she can fly.
Frieze Sculpture exhibition returns to The Regent's Park from 14 September to 13 November 2022. The free public art exhibition runs alongside Frieze London and Frieze Masters.
