These men call themselves 'well diggers' and risk their lives searching for clean water at a depth of more than 10 meters in Phu Yen, Vietnam.

Their job is to find water sources in drought-stricken, high-altitude areas after exploring and locating where there is water.

They will dig a hole large enough for one person to crawl into using tools such as chisels, picks and shovels.

This manual work is extremely risky as the deeper they go, the less oxygen there is, and the well digger has to face dangers such as landslides or broken vines.
