The men were professional good diggers. Their job is to find clean water sources in drought-stricken areas. They are called water hunters. Because this area has very limited water resources. To get clean water, you have to dig dozens of meters deep. Men with drills dug wells dozens of meters deep. This is considered dangerous work because the working conditions are at a depth of tens of meters and landslides can occur at any time.
In the video, the men move down with a pulley and after finding a water source, they quickly move up before the well is filled with water.
