Torpoint Ferry jams on the slip , people and buses stuck on the river tamar , Strong winds causes it to jam on the Slip
Torpoint Ferry fighting crosswinds caused it to get stuck on the slip . nobody can get off including a bus load of people, winds and a faulty sensor stopped the ramp coming down the winds was side on to the ferry
