The footage shows how, during the formation, the investigator calls Private Selevanov and reads him the charge under article 2.1 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on non-compliance ordered command.

After that, two security officers wring the hands of the mobilized and lead him to the car.

Then, according to a similar scheme, Private Degtyarev is detained.

The detainees do not resist, they are twisted and taken to the car in front of other fighters.

According to lawyer Maxim Grebenyuk, the detention, which was carried out on the territory of the military unit, is demonstrative and is carried out “as a warning to others”.

According to lawyers, the detainees could face 2 to 3 years in prison.
