'Camera FPS = Rotor RPM': Helicopter appears to take off without spinning rotors
REDDITCH, UK - JUNE 22: What should be impossible seems to have been recorded where a helicopter took off without any visible movement in the blades in Redditch, UK, on June 22, 2022. We all know the mechanism that goes behind the flight of a helicopter and it would be safe to say that it has a lot to do with the top blades of the chopper. The story behind this footage is that the rpm of the rotors actually seem to sync up with the framerate of the camera, which gives the helicopter rotors the appearance of "not moving" when in reality, they are.
Footage was recorded at: Redditch, UK
