Fifty thousand pots of soya sauce line up to impress visitors
A great video has emerged from China of more than fifty thousand vats of soya sauce placed on a square for outdoor brewing.
The video, filmed at a local factory in Xiamen, Fujian Province on Sunday, shows a record of 55,559 hug pots lining up orderly throughout an area of 50,000 square metres, with each of them covered by a bamboo lid.
According to news reports, the yard is so far the largest traditional producing site of soya sauce in Asia. The factory has partly transformed it into a tourist resort that enables visitors to experience the ancient way of making this home-necessary seasoning.
