Dog killer uses poison dart to steal dog
Horrible video has emerged from China of a man using poison dart to kill dog in midnight.
The CCTV, captured in late last month in Ningbo, shows a man riding a motor near a dog and shooting a dart on it. The dog died soon after the motor passed. Then the man comes back and picks the dog into his bag.
According to local media, dog killers usually steal dogs in this way and sell them to restaurant.
