This very suspicious event captured a young woman's Uber driver leaving her apartment after he had broken in through the window but nothing was seemingly missing.

Gianna Rao claimed she had no idea of her taxi driver's intentions when she discovered that overnight, the driver broke into her apartment through a window but then proceeded to leave via the front door.

The Boston, Massachusetts resident was able to identify the man as her Uber driver from earlier the same evening thanks to her Ring doorbell camera.

But what Gianna found the more eerily frightening thing, was that the suspect had broken into the home but did not then steal anything or disturb either her or her boyfriend whilst they were sleeping, instead opting to leave.

Gianna has contacted the police who have begun an investigation.

A spokesperson from Uber released the following statement: “This driver’s actions are unacceptable, and we’ve been in touch with the rider regarding her terrifying experience. The driver has been banned from the Uber app, and we are standing ready to help law enforcement in their investigation.”
