'This is the shocking moment a boy was spotted stealing watches from an outlet of the highly-acclaimed jeweler's chain, Chisholm Hunter.

In this video, Ian Puddick records a young boy as he breaks the window of the aforementioned shop using a hammer and proceeds to steal the watches in his sight.

While countless people stand around to observe this act of crime, no one stops him.

Ian told us: "So, this guy just smashed a Jeweler's shop window without looking out for the police or anyone. When confronted by a concerned passerby, the boy told him that he was a student. Eventually, the cops arrested him but then let him go with a caution."

This strange scene was caught on camera in September 2019.
