A talented schoolboy draws detailed tattoo patterns on a replica skin sheet to practice his productive hobby - which his parents encouraged so he would stop playing computer games.

Nong Night, 7, started by tracing the design onto carbon paper in his bedroom in Chonburi province.

Like a professional artist, the youngster learned how to spread the lotion around the special canvass so the image would transfer so he could start shading it.

Footage shows Nong Night using a tattoo machine to shade and line the design on fake skin. The young body ink enthusiast the began colouring the design after hours of working on it.

Proud father Nattawut Sangtong said: ‘It started as a hobby because we were trying to limit his screen time but he liked it so much.

‘Sometimes, I let him draw some of his designs on my skin using a real device.'
