This is the touching moment a good Samaritan saved a motorcycle rider who was stuck on a level crossing as a train approached.

Arnon Paowiset noticed the rider struggling to move his vehicle off the tracks next to the airport rail link at the Makkasan station in Bangkok, Thailand.

This prompted the kind-hearted motorist to drive towards the hapless man and step off his motorcycle amid traffic on April 11.

He then lifted the wedged tyres onto the road while the rider was still on the vehicle. After repositioning the wheels, the man signalled his thanks before Arnon hopped on his motorcycle and drove away.

Arnon said: 'The rider was stuck because the wheels had fallen into the gap between the rail lines. He was struggling to get out on his own.

'I knew a train would be coming soon so I went over to help him as soon as I could.'
