A huge fire burst out of a mall called Sanjiang Wenzhou Wholesale City in northern China.

Video filmed in the city of Jiamusi in Heilongjiang Province on February 1, shows massive flames engulfing a building and heavy smoke rising into the air.

Firefighters sprayed water to try to extinguish the blaze.

No casualties were reported and the fire has been controlled.

According to reports, the mall has six floors, covering a total construction area of 38,000 square meters. The materials that caught on fire were mainly exterior decoration materials and general merchandise.

1日16时，佳木斯消防部门通报称，火灾已得到控制，暂无人员伤亡情况报告。起火建筑为砖混结构，地上5层、地下1层，总建筑面积约3.8万平方米，着火物质主要为外墙装饰材料和日用百货等，具体损失还在统计中。
