A Territorial Defense Student dragged his colleague into a muddy pool in an amusing assault course fail.

Footage shows the young army reserves swinging across a puddle on a rope at a training camp in Saraburi province, Thailand, on January 10.

The youngsters struggled to reach the other end of the pond so they decided to help each other.

One of them missed the jump, prompting his friend to pull on his leg but he ended up falling into the wet hole together.

Onlooker Pongsit Ekaram who was also taking the student military training, said: ‘It was not just a physical test. It also tested the morale to not give up on difficult tasks even if they seemed impossible.

‘We had a lot of fun and learned a lot, even if it seemed that we struggled to cross the obstacle course.'
