A toilet was seen outside the Russian Embassy this evening as the Ukrainian community gathered to mark the one-year anniversary of the war breaking out when Putin's forces invaded (February 24).

What was supposed to be a three-day operation, turned into a year's-long war, with some experts predicting the conflict will continue for another 12-months.

The toilet marked with the words: 'Russia is a terrorist' was also supposed to include the word, 'state', but the protester ran out of space to write it.
Protesters sang the Ukrainian National Anthem and listened to performances, whilst others stood on the USSR and Russian flags, dragging effigies with the faces of Russian officials on them.
