An electric car plummeted off a wharf, knocking a man into a river in China.

Video filmed in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on March 23, shows an electric car suddenly slipping down the slope of a wharf and pushing a man in a black T-shirt who was watching another man fishing into the river.

The man then quickly got up and went ashore.

After that, a man in a white shirt jumped into the water to attempt to push the electric car to the bank, followed by the man in a black T-shirt.

The fisherman also brought a pole to help, and finally, they worked together to lift the vehicle onto the bank.

The local village committee secretary said that it may have been caused by the vehicle not having the handbrake pulled.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

3月23日下午，广西柳州市鱼峰区 里雍镇河表村，一名白衣男子和一名黑衣男子同坐一辆小型电动车来到码头边看人钓鱼。不料电动车从码头溜下坡，直接把黑衣男子撞倒后冲入江中。黑衣男子被撞入江中后，迅速起身上岸。随后白衣男子和被撞男子先后跳入水里，游泳将电动车推倒岸边，河边的男子也找来杆子帮忙，最终合力将车捞上岸。当地村委书记表示，可能是车辆没拉手刹，加上码头地势高低差才导致事故发生。目前，男子已上岸，身体无大碍，车辆经处理后也没事儿。
