Burning ship with 3783 cars near the Netherlands is being towed east
TERSCHELLING - The burning ship, Fremantle Highway, is still north of Terschelling. The ship may be towed to a location above Schiermonnikoog.
Bergers have now been on board to make a better connection for towing. Moving the ship to the east is expected to take about 12 to 14 hours. This is done by the German ship Fairplay.
A fire broke out on the ship near Ameland. The ship carries 3783 cars, 498 of which are electric.
