The Chaotian Palace is located in Shuiximen, Qinhuai District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It is the highest level, largest scale, and most complete preserved ancient architectural community of Ming and Qing dynasties in the Jiangnan region, known as the "First Scenic Spot of Jinling".The Dacheng Hall is the main building of the Chaotian Palace, with double eaves resting on the top of the mountain, five bays and seven bays, with a width of 43.30 meters and a depth of 18.76 meters. The front and rear corridors of the main hall have giant wooden columns, and the terrace in front of the hall is spacious. There are stone carved railings around the terrace, with dragon heads carved at the four corners. In the center of the front and back steps, there is a relief dragon emperor.
