This is the heartbreaking moment a widower laid flowers as he visited the grave of his beloved wife.

The pensioner was captured arranging flowers on his wife's grave in a cemetery in Laguna, Philippines, on September 17.

Ann, the person who witnessed this tear-jerking scene, was visiting her late grandmother's grave when she noticed the elderly man.

The poor widower was seen wiping his tears as he looked up at his wife's grave in an 'apartment' tomb. After he wiped his tears, he grabbed his umbrella and left the place.

Ann said: 'He caught my attention because I saw him wiping his tears, and it touched me deeply. The first thought that came to my mind was, 'He must have loved her and missed her so much.'

'So, I recorded him to share with everyone and show that true and eternal love exists, and our elders' love is proof of it.'
