This is the adorable moment a baby learned how to climb onto her pet dog's back.

Sanji, the Golden Retriever, stood still as baby Linen rode on him inside the toddler's room in Pathum Thani, Thailand.

Footage shows the young girl lying on her stomach on the five-year-old pooch's back while her father supports her to prevent her from falling on October 28.

Sanji can be seen carefully walking around the house as Linen clings to him, with her father following closely behind to make sure she stays safe during the playful ride.

Yosawadee Jiranath Phokhin, Linen's mother, said: 'She's growing up and has now learned how to climb onto Sanji's back. Our dog is very protective and always makes sure she doesn't fall.'

Sanji is known for his gentle nature and loyalty towards his young owner. He once defended Linen during her father's prank, when he pretended to hit her, and remains patient even when the toddler tugs at his fur while learning to stand and walk.

Golden Retrievers are known for their gentle, patient, and protective nature, making them exceptionally good companions for toddlers.
