Woman-spreading? Odd incident on Nottingham tram as confrontation over older man who allegedly moved woman's leg to grab seat
In the heart of Nottingham town centre on September 30, a seemingly trivial incident on a tram spiraled into a heated argument.
"The girl was sat on the tram with her leg on the spare seat next to her. A man came, pushed her leg, and sat down. Then the arguing started, with the girl saying the man had touched her leg because he moved it," the filmer said.
A group of women confronted the man.
A bemused filmer turns the camera around during the confrontation.
"Go take care of the grandkids or something!" one of the women said to the seated man.
"The mentality you have is such a child," the man states to the standing woman raising her voice.
"She is a child!" the woman responded.
"You're taping it?" the man asks the filmer, who confirms. "F*** off really," the man said.
