A TikTok star has shared what it’s like to do a full body suspension – from piercing her knees to hooking her back to hang from the ceiling by her skin.

Cruella Morgan first discovered her love for the extreme hobby after watching performers at tattoo conventions last year.

The 24-year-old was inspired to experience suspension for herself.

Sharing her journey on TikTok, she has racked up three million fans (@cruellamorgan ).

“The performers made it look beautiful, so I wanted to give it a try,” Cruella, from Los Angeles, US, told http://NeedToKnow.co.uk

“It meant the world to me, i feel like I found my place and my home in this world within suspension and the people who can relate to it.

“It [the experience] is euphoric, it’s an adrenaline rush you don’t even notice.

“You feel like you’re flying; sure it’s a piercing but it’s a quick pinch.”

But how does full body suspension actually work?

The process involves small piercings in various part of the body, which are attached to hooks or similar instruments, and the person is then lifted into the air.

She said: “There is usually bleeding, as well as bruising.

“And I only work strictly with professionals.”

Cruella starts by finding a new spot to pierce in her body, adding: “From there, you squeeze around for what’s most comfortable, clean the skin off, and mark it up.

“Then it’s the piercing and 10 minutes later you go up!

“After you get down, we have this thing called ‘farting the back'.

“It’s when we have to push all the air out of the holes and layers of skin!

“Then we clean up and that’s that.”

So far, the influencer has pierced her back, knees, legs, arms and more.

Cruella said: “Suspension is something I’d recommend to anyone who has the guts to even try it.

“If the pain is the worry, I promise it’s okay.

“I’m so bad with tattoos myself and piercings I pass out.

“But with suspension hooks it is much more different.”

It’s advisable that anyone considering full body suspension discuss this with an expert or professional in the field before taking part.

TikTokers have been left shocked by the clips, with one video getting over 14.4 million views, as well as over one million likes and 6,200 comments.

In the footage, Cruella can be seen getting hooks attached to her thighs, just above her knee.

She is then lifted into the air and swings freely.

Dean said: “How does it work without ripping your skin off.”

Blaise commented: “Bro that looks like it hurts tbh.” [sic]

Parley added: “What kind of trauma makes you crave such pain?”

Ruka wrote: “HOLYY?? IT DOESN'T HURT??!” [sic]

“The way I realised that’s clipped on her skin,” said one user.

“NO NO NO OUCH,” added someone else. [sic]

“My knee cap hurts now,” wrote Navy.

“How doesn’t your skin rip for that, but it does if you hit your toe on the bottom of your door?!,” added another follower.

“She is a fairy,” said Bowser.
