STORYLINE:
The 4th edition of the Iraqi Ceramics Exhibition was held Saturday in Baghdad.
Many senior Iraqi potters participated in this exhibition to transfer their experience in this art to young potters who also participated to prove themselves with their beautiful artworks.
"I attend this exhibition every year, and in this fourth edition, I was amazed by many distinctive works that express diverse ideas. We have skilled ceramic artists," Arshad Salih, a visitor in his 60s told Xinhua.
He added, "The diversity of styles displayed in this pottery exhibition confirms the strength of the Iraqi imagination and the aesthetic touches that the artists reflected in their ceramic works."
Some 50 Iraqi plastic artists displayed their distinctive artworks that won the admiration of visitors.
