Hundreds of Iranian and foreign companies showcased their latest products and achievements in the fields of industry and mining in two simultaneous international exhibitions that wrapped up on Tuesday in the capital Tehran.
Both inaugurated on Saturday, the 23rd International Industry Exhibition and 17th International Exhibition for Mines, Mining, Construction Machinery and Related Industries and Equipment saw the participation of over 530 companies from Iran and other countries.
The 23rd International Industry Exhibition was held in an area close to 18,000 square meters, providing a venue for more than 300 domestic and foreign firms to display their products, inventions, capabilities, services and achievements in the areas of industrial tools, equipment, spare parts, production lines and automation as well as modern industries, according to Iran Press news website.
A total of 236 Iranian and foreign firms took part in the 17th International Exhibition for Mines, Mining, Construction Machinery and Related Industries and Equipment, according to a report published on the website of Iran's International Exhibition Company.
During the event, the companies showcased their capabilities, products and services in three main areas of mining exploration as well as minerals' extraction and processing in seven halls, the report said.
