Instagram users in hysterics as American woman reveals what her Brit boyfriend does to 'give her the ick'
An American influencer has left her followers in stitches after filming her British boyfriend doing something seemingly strange, that gives her “the ick”.
Alex Murphy, from Boston, lives with her fiancé, Paul Klein, in London, regularly sharing insights into their entertaining relationship online.
She’s previously hit the headlines for making tea using cold water and a microwave – leaving UK viewers horrified.
In a bid to crack up her 202,000 Instagram fans, the 35-year-old TV presenter decided to film her 30-year-old partner while he trims his facial hair.
In the clip, which has over 86,900 views, Alex looks to the camera as she says: “How to get the ick.”
She then films the floor as she walks towards the back door.
As she walks up to the glass, Paul can be seen surrounded by extension leads, with a mirror and a razor.
He is, in fact, shaving his beard – outside in the cold.
Paul then looks at the camera and starts laughing.
As Alex films the electrical leads going from inside her house to the outside, she says: “Because this looks like a really good idea.”
The popular post has racked up over 700 likes with viewers left in hysterics over Paul’s strange hack.
Woody said: “Innovation at its finest.”
Ebby added: “Haha made me laugh.” [sic]
Donna wrote: “Lmao! I so enjoy you two.” [sic]
Jen commented: “Wish my husband did this instead of leaving hair all in the bathroom.”
“Better than beard hair all over the sofa!” said another fan.
“Nah I’d love this… hair on sink and actually everywhere is annoying.. showing this video to him now,” wrote Laura. [sic]
“He’s so thoughtful,” added Bibi.
“That's actually a good idea! I'll have to get hubby to do it,” Tracey commented.
