Bad plumbing, in the rest room at a beach outside Pattaya, Thailand.
This restroom had a lot of plumbing issues, the water tap was leaking and someone tried to fix it by wrapping some tape around it, but when you turned it on water sprayed up into your face and across the room. In the toilet area another tap was continually leaking water. Thailand is now heading in the middle of dry season, so this is a sad waste of water.
