A couple’s rather unusual personalised jewellery request has gone viral on TikTok for all the wrong reasons – with viewers left disturbed by the natural materials used to create the statement pieces.

In a video which has garnered 7.5 million views so far, jewellery creator Amanda Booth, reveals how the pair – who have not been identified by name – sent her samples of their pubic hair and semen, in order to create rings and necklaces.

“I had some amazing clients give me a challenge with something new,” says Amanda, who controversially didn’t use gloves while working on the jewellery.

“They each sent me each other’s pubic hair and I am setting the hairs into these beautiful rings.

“I wanted the hairs to be able to stand out…so we did a dark blue for the centre.

“And then, of course, these went along with some jizzy jewellery pieces – a beautiful necklace and matching earrings, and a little gummy bear.”

The finished result shows a set of blue rings with the hairs inside, encased in silver bands, and a cream-coloured necklace and earrings set with gold chains.

Amanda has previously made headlines thanks to her “jizzy” jewellery company – often using semen in her designs.

Her latest post has racked up 400,000 likes and thousands of comments, with users left rather disturbed by the quirky creations.

One person said: “Not me gasping as soon as you said what it was.”

“WHATTTT,” commented another user. [sic]

Someone else asked: “EXCUSE ME?”

“People have lost the plot because how do you think of this??” said another viewer.

“My face dropped,” another user added.

Someone else commented: “I beg your finest pardon????”

“What the hell is going on?!” another viewer wondered.

“The way my jaw dropped,” said someone else.

Another person joked: “Now I'll be looking at everyone's rings wondering ‘is that custom?’”

“To each their own,” said one fan.
